These Terms govern your use of PaperPress (the "Service"), operated by [REVIEW: legal entity name], [REVIEW: address / country — NZ]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PaperPress lets you generate printable maths worksheets and answer keys for educational use. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least [REVIEW: minimum age] or have appropriate authority (e.g. as a teacher or school) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Paid features require a subscription billed [REVIEW: monthly/annually] via our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. See Refunds & Cancellation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell or redistribute the Service or bulk-share a single account;
  • attempt to circumvent the subscription gate or access controls;
  • use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

5. Your content & generated worksheets

Worksheets you generate are yours to use and print for your teaching. The Service, its software, question generators, and curriculum content remain owned by [REVIEW: legal entity name].

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". While we aim for curriculum-aligned, correct questions and answer keys, you are responsible for reviewing materials before classroom use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the [REVIEW: 12] months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act that cannot be excluded.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
