Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Manage billing in the app (top right), which opens the Stripe customer portal. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; you won't be charged again.

Refunds

[REVIEW: state your policy — e.g. "If you're not satisfied, contact us within [14] days of a charge for a full refund."] Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Free trial

[REVIEW: if you offer a trial, describe it — e.g. "New accounts get a [14]-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged." Remove this section if you don't offer a trial.]

Your consumer rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act — if the Service isn't of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
